Registration

 

Registration should be accomplished through the Registration Form. 

Participants

  • Early registration, from  April 15  to June 1, 250 euro

  • Regular Registration,  from June 2 to  October 14, 350 euro

Registration fee includes registration kits, coffee breaks and conference dinner, as well as access to all  satellite events.

Participants wishing to submit a contribution should register no later than July 20.

The conference proceedings will be published in European Physical Journal: to this end, selected contributions should be sent no later than December 21, 2012 (instructions will be sent directly to authors).  

Students

  • Students Registration Fee, up to October 14,  150 euro

This fee is aimed at encouraging the participation of  students, and includes registration kits, coffee breaks and access to all satellite events. Moreover, university residences are available for lodging. Please contact the organizers for more information before filling in the registration form. 

 Accompanying persons

  • Early registration, from April 15  to  June 1, 100 euro 

  • Regular registration, from  June 2  to October 14, 150 euro 

This fee includes only visitor registration kits, conference dinner, and access to all satellite events.

 

Payment

Participants should register well in advance. The registration will be considered complete after the payment through Bank Transfer invoiced to:

On successful registration, participants will be sent an acknowledgement/ registration slip by email. Refunds will be made only after the conference is over. Cancellation charges and bank transfer charges will be deducted before the refund is made. Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment unless otherwise requested in writing.
